This Privacy Policy describes how and when Vintage Panache LLC (here after referred to as VP) collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from VP, contact VP, or otherwise use VP’s services through VintagePanacheStore.com, Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

Personal information collected by VP to fulfill your order necessitates you providing VP with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to VP), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product you are ordering. You may also choose to provide VP with additional personal information, for a custom order of Vintage items such as an order with a special quantity, or an order to locate a specific vintage item(s) for you, if you contact VP directly.

Why VP Needs Your Information and How VP Uses It; VP relies on a number of legal basis to collect, use, and share your information, including:

•as needed to provide VP services, such as when VP uses your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
•when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for the VP mailing list/email list or special announcements;

Etsy, Inc.: VP shares information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers: VP engages certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to VP’s business, such as delivery companies. VP will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers: If VP sells or merges our business, VP may disclose your information as part of that transaction, but only to the extent permitted by law.
