This Privacy Policy describes
how and when Vintage Panache LLC (here after referred to as VP) collects, uses,
and shares information when you purchase an item from VP, contact VP, or
otherwise use VP’s services through VintagePanacheStore.com, Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the
practices of third parties that VP does not own or control, including Etsy or
any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy

Personal information collected by VP to fulfill
your order necessitates you providing VP with certain information (which you
authorized Etsy to provide to VP), such as your name, email address, postal
address, payment information, and the details of the product you are ordering.
You may also choose to provide VP with additional personal information, for a
custom order of Vintage items such as an order with a special quantity, or an
order to locate a specific vintage item(s) for you, if you contact VP directly.

It; VP relies on a number of legal basis to collect, use, and share your

•as needed to provide VP
services, such as when VP uses your information to fulfill your order, to

consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for the VP
mailing list/email list or special announcements;

or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining

legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your
rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving our services. VP uses

interest to improve our services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy
and Terms of Use. VP uses your information as necessary to comply with our
obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information about our customers is important to VP’s business interests. VP

limited reasons and in limited

• Etsy, Inc.:
VP shares information with
Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations
under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers:
VP engages certain
trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to VP’s business,
such as delivery companies. VP will share your personal information with these
third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Business transfers:
If VP sells or
merges our business, VP may disclose your information as part of that
transaction, but only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with laws:
VP may collect,
use, retain, and share your information if VP has a good faith belief it is

VP retains your personal information only for

enforce business agreements. VP generally keeps your data for the following

information upon request.
• Object: You can object to (i) VP processing

receiving marketing messages from VP after providing your express consent to
receive them. In such cases, VP will delete your personal information unless VP
has compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if
it is needed for legal reasons.
• Complain:
If you reside in the EU and
wish to raise a concern about VP’s use of your information (and without
prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with
your local data protection authority.
